Breakfast was one of the best I have ever come across. I really enjoy the German breakfast with its crusty rolls and assorted meats, egg and salads. This breakfast had everything including hot food to satisfy anyone and which was accompanied by excellent service. Ten out of ten. I also liked the generous touch of offering chilled bottles of water. I used that facility and I also bought some of the drinks that were on sale. A very useful facility. I was also grateful that the two excellent lifts worked faultlessly. My room was modern and spotlessly clean. I managed to speak to the member of housekeeping staff who cleaned my room each day and found her charming and helpful.

We liked our room. Breakfast was very nice indeed! Very handy for centre of Hameln. Parking was annoying - only a few places next to the hotel. The staff didn’t explain clearly about the underground car park. We thought we could park there for free. However when we were checking out the receptionist wasn’t very pleasant when explaining the payment - I think it as more her ‘tone of voice’? However, we paid the 9.5 euros as that was a reasonable amount- it really was more about the attitude/ tone.

The Hotel is well situated, and has a very friendly staff. The breakfast choices were excellent, and were well pr3epared. The location being so close to the town center was a bonus.

No-nonsense business-like hotel. Excellent breakfast and nice rooms with a balcony. Decent desk with ac outlets if you have to work on business trips.

The breakfast choice was very good indeed, varied and good selection of hot and cold foods. Waitering staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception staff were also very helpful and gave us every assistance possible.

Stayed here many times over the years. Business traveler, safe, covered parking downstairs or limited parking directly in-front of hotel (lucky to get one of these spots), Convenient location for Hameln old town and easy access to industrial areas by car, only 2mins walk into town once parked up. Classic German clean, functional business traveler chain hotel. Can't go wrong.

Location excellent for us, as visiting relations locally. A short walk into the town, a small park outside, and open air Market at weekend. Hotel staff excellent and always helpful.

Nice hotel in walking distance of the city centre. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable.
